In this work, Tsuna Sakuma's first attempt at an intense enema scene is truly spectacular. Her stoic endurance while enduring continuous milk enema injections, with a pained expression, is highly engaging. The director's skill shines in carefully filming the toilet scene, capturing details often handled carelessly in other productions. Although it's unfortunate that feces cannot be shown due to contractual restrictions, this enhances the tension and realism of the performance. The repeated enema sprays and thick piston attacks eventually lead to unbearable pleasure, culminating in a climax with copious intestinal fluids that is full of impact. As she herself says, the refreshing feeling during release is unparalleled, drawing viewers into a continuous thrill. If there is a sequel, I would look forward to another work by this director, as the meticulous craftsmanship is evident.
