I watched this work set at Tobijo University Medical School Affiliated Hospital, and the balance between the realism of the medical setting and entertainment value is exquisite, drawing me in effortlessly. Particularly impressive was Anno Moa's back-standing style squirting scene, which utilized her tall stature, and her smiling expression looking this way was deeply moving. In the subjective scenes, the setup allowing her expression to be always visible enhanced the immersion, though the parts obscured by masks felt regrettable.

This series differs from previous Tobijo works, unfolding as a serious erotic hospital in the SENZ style, with casting of actresses renowned for both new and classic squirting, which adds credibility. For instance, in the final discharge scene, there was a mishap where two vibrators fell, but it was included without reshoots, and the continuous squirting felt like incontinence, evoking a strange sensation. Such concept works are rare in AV, and I hope to see monthly releases in various scenarios.

As someone who loves clinic-themed content, this was my first viewing, but I found some parts challenging, perhaps due to insufficient AV experience. I plan to train with other concepts and re-challenge in about five years. Compared to recent Tobijo series that felt like technical demonstrations, this work marks a positive directional shift, and I give it 5 stars in hopes of its longevity. Serious erotic works are scarce, so I look forward to quality-driven developments in the future.
