Having watched this work, which depicts the story of Riri, an idol gradually gaining attention while belonging to a small production company, and Yuna, who admires her and joins the same agency, I was deeply impressed by its realistic portrayal of the harsh realities behind aiming for top idol status. The relationship between Riri and Yuna is explored in depth, and from the trailer, I had high expectations, but the actual viewing drew me in with its intense developments. While some viewers prefer solo performances by Kudo Rara, the collaboration between the two in this work creates a new chemistry that adds richness to the story. For instance, scenes where Riri guides Yuna as a senior idol blend admiration and conflict, tugging at the heartstrings. The depiction of the darker sides of the idol industry is both realistic and entertaining, leaving one breathless. Many hope for a series, but this standalone piece is highly polished, and a sequel could further enhance its depth. Overall, the acting and direction shine, making it a must-watch not just for idol fans but for a broader audience.
