Set on the O Express running through K Prefecture a little outside of downtown Tokyo, the story revolves around Azumi who experiences sexual harassment in the women-only car with over 150% congestion every morning. The all-star cast, especially the lesbian reveal between Chino Azumi and Ooba Yui, is quite captivating. However, some find the threesome scene at the end a bit forced. While opinions are divided on the plot development and acting, the high quality of the actresses' performances is generally acknowledged in this work. Criticisms regarding the characters' ages, sweaty appearance, and realism exist, but there are also praises for the erotic scenes starting from the beautiful butt of Jin Yuki and the kinky play of busty Chino Azumi.
