Director Isaka's new lesbian drama, "The Day My Best Friend Confessed to the Person I Love and Was Dumped." is beautifully filmed with a cinematic atmosphere. The erotic lesbian kissing with tongues is superb, especially by lead actress Sumire Kuramoto. However, there are some negative comments: the scene switching, which is impossible as a house layout in the scene where they move from outside the classroom to their home, is clunky, and Sumire's bristly hair is also a don't-put-down.
