At a fireworks festival attended by friends Ruise and childhood friend Arai Rima, Rima confesses to Ruise but is rejected. Rima tries to hide her tears and leaves with a forced smile, but a worried Ruise follows her and they both get caught in a sudden heavy rain. Ruise finds a drenched Rima by the roadside. To take shelter from the rain, they escape to a love hotel. With Rima's yukata clinging to her wet skin, and her bra slightly visible, a special emotion begins to grow between the young man and woman.
