This work features an innovative concept where the inner thoughts of a men's esthetician are audible, similar to an erotic manga, revealing her embarrassing true feelings during the session. The esthetician maintains a cool facade upon seeing an erect penis but is actually highly excited, thinking lustful thoughts like 'I want to insert it,' 'It looks pleasurable,' and 'I'm getting wet.' However, upon watching it, the inner voice narration comes off as monotone and overly frequent, which ruins the immersion and evokes discomfort rather than excitement. The camera work is mostly fixed in a voyeuristic style, with poor image quality in parts that appear garbage-like, giving an overall impression of low production quality. Specific scenes include Honda noticing his erection and becoming aroused, leading to ejaculation from missionary position to the mouth, but the inner voice desired creampie which wasn't fulfilled, resulting in self-cleaning; the other three also end with oral ejaculation without any creampie, which is disappointing. In summary, while the concept is interesting, the execution has many flaws, making it a work I cannot recommend.
