The story itself tackles real modern societal problems, starting with a new graduate's unauthorized absence and the use of a resignation proxy service, which triggers the protagonist's doubts about his wife's fidelity, portrayed with careful attention to his inner turmoil. The wife's performance was emotionally rich, conveying anxiety and anger, but the camera failed to capture this effectively. For instance, unnecessary close-ups during tense moments only built up stress for the viewer, undermining the overall immersion. With more consideration for overall composition in the direction, Shiina Yuna's abilities could have shone brighter, significantly improving the work's quality.
