The story begins with a stepfather, the new father after the mother's remarriage, and his kind and easy-going nature quickly endears him to his stepdaughter Niko. However, things take a turn when the stepfather gets excited from peeking at Niko changing clothes. Unable to bear her stepfather's lewd behavior, Niko seeks advice from her mother, only to be pushed away with "You tempted him, didn't you!" showcasing toxic parenting. With no one to turn to, Niko ends up seeking her stepfather herself. Ogawa's role as the stepfather is stable, different from Sakawa. Ogawa in a uniform is enviable.
