I watched the live-action adaptation of the popular work 'Wife with Mosaic' by the master of netorare, Haiku-sensei, and was amazed by its high level of completion. The story follows a protagonist who quits his job to start a business, fails, and receives financial aid from a former colleague, Tanihara, only to be proposed the sale of his wife's netorare videos as repayment, faithfully recreating the tension of the original. Particularly, the realistic portrayal of the protagonist and his wife, Akari (Kuroshima), struggling with their dilemmas was so poignant it hurt to watch.

The highlights of the work include the natural, untrimmed pubic hair that adds an erotic, raw charm. Memorable scenes include the doggy-style creampie on the sofa, the full-nude missionary creampie on the bed, and the final sex scene in maid cosplay. The maid outfit, accentuated by white separate stockings, flowed from missionary creampie to an M-leg spread for lingering effect, followed by a facial, keeping me engrossed without a break. Personally, the maid cosplay scene was the peak, with the costume and acting synergizing to double the excitement.

Additionally, while some dialogue was hard to catch, being able to check sample images was helpful. I don't usually watch gal-style works, but this one balanced story and performance well, with subtle yet cute depictions of the genital area, and attention to details like a heart-shaped trim. Overall, it goes beyond the norms of netorare genre, offering depth that makes me want to rewatch it multiple times.
